Iterative build and validation

RedefineHR ensures success through iterative build and validations called Conference Room Pilots (CRPs). We gather information from each component and write test scripts (using UPK) that validate the application against your business requirements.

Requirements, including integrations and conversion, are prioritized across each CRP. Typical priority goes to the OLF structure, new hire and job-template feed. Your organization has full insight into the application at all times: we provision testing accounts for hiring managers, recruiters and super-users so your team can test at any moment.
